No customs duties for orders under $800. Most of our orders qualify!

🇯🇵 Japan:

Customs duties vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.



7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

We cannot guarantee address changes after your order has been processed.

8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is:
Marked as delivered but not received:
Check with neighbors or building management
Check your mailbox and any safe drop locations
Wait 2–3 additional business days (packages sometimes show as delivered early)

Lost in transit:
Contact us and we will investigate with the carrier
If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund

If your order arrives damaged:

3. Include your order number and photos
4. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly
